Tried to order through the mobile app and it doesn't work again. New look, but still crappy as ever. Now I remember why I quit shopping with bjjhq.com.

I am worried about the length. Everything always seems made for someone with Marphan Syndrome (extra long limbs). I am average size, but everything from here is always too long. Unfortunately, customer service seems to be lacking these days at bjjhq, and we can't get help or answers to our questions. I, for one, am disappointed in the direction they are going.

Samething happened to me, and unfortunately it happens every time. The mobile app is horrible. I have complained several times, and nothing is ever done about it. There is no customer service here. Buy it or don't, they do not care.
